The Sōma Integrated Protocol™ is the combined therapies of massage and esthetics that addresses the scalp, face, jaw, neck, shoulders, and spine as one connected system. It was developed over twenty years of clinical practice, working with people who carry sustained tension from long hours of focused work.

It's designed for people with high cognitive load.

anyone who thinks intensively for a living and notices it in their body.
Common experiences include tightness across the jaw and temples, shoulders that sit high by end of day, and skin that looks tired or reactive in ways that products haven't addressed.

90 minutes · $225Every Sōma Integrated Protocol™ session follows a plan built for you — and that plan begins here.
We start seated, unhurried, with a conversation about where your health stands now and where you'd like it to go. From there, Alesha works to observe movement and listen for patterns.
You’ll then experience her hands-on work as she begins to assess the tension and pain patterns you've described — reading how they connect across the scalp, jaw, neck, shoulders, and spine.
You'll leave with a plan of your own: the modalities suited to your pattern, the sequence of next steps, and a recommended rhythm of appointments. Subsequent sessions can run 75 to 110 minutes, shaped by what that plan calls for.
If this is your first visit, this is where to start.
Established clients have first access to the schedule — including early mornings, late afternoons, and hours reserved outside public booking.

A standard massage addresses muscle; a standard facial addresses skin. This protocol treats them as related, because tension in the jaw, scalp, and neck influences the surrounding tissue, and skin often reflects a body running at sustained high output. You receive both in one session, sequenced deliberately rather than stacked. Supporting the nervous system is also a priority in this protocol.
-
Many people clench or hold the jaw during periods of concentration or stress, often without noticing. Because the jaw, temples, scalp, and upper neck share connective and muscular relationships, tension in one area is commonly felt in the others.
Advanced bodywork can help ease that sensation of holding. If you have persistent jaw pain, clicking, or limited opening, see a dentist or physician for evaluation first.
-
Skin often changes during periods of prolonged stress, short sleep, or heavy workload — people report dullness, congestion, increased reactivity, or a tired appearance. Addressing tension in the surrounding tissue alongside skin care is the reasoning behind treating the two together.
-
No. Many clients come simply because they work at a high pace and want to interrupt the accumulation. The protocol is restorative as much as it is corrective.
-
Is this a medical treatment?
No. This is advanced bodywork and esthetics care, not medical treatment. Nothing offered here diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition, and it isn't a substitute for care from your physician. If you're managing a health condition, please continue working with your medical provider.

Most people describe feeling calm, settled and noticeably lighter through the neck and shoulders. Hydrate, keep the rest of your day unhurried if you can, and give your skin a night without heavy actives.
